We are thrilled to welcome Teresa Downey back to the Atlantic & Pacific Management family as our new Director of Community Associations.
Teresa brings a remarkable depth of experience and a longstanding connection to our company. Having previously worked with Atlantic & Pacific Managementfor over 15 years as a Property Manager, her return marks a true full-circle moment—one that reinforces our continued commitment to excellence in HOA management.

Teresa is a licensed California Real Estate Broker/Realtor with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles, including:
- Property Supervisor
- Administrator
- Community Association Manager
She has successfully managed communities ranging from 30 to 300+ residential homes and condominiums, spanning both single-family and multi-family properties. Her diverse background provides a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and nuances involved in community association management.

In her new role, Teresa will lead the HOA team at Atlantic & Pacific Management, overseeing community associations with a clear and strategic vision:
